So they share a team name with you. there's tons of teams out there that have similar names, and even some that share names. Trust me, if they get enough people confusing their team with yours, they'll most likely change it, so that they can build their own niche.

But to go on and say "we were the first ones, we're the better one"....there's no need to bash a team for their ignorance on a public forum, even indirectly. As denoted by their number, they're still in their early stages of growth. Give them time.

Thank you for your input. They've already changed their name once, and they might do it again if they find it too confusing. I just think its crazy that someone else would think of SPAM. But, like I said, maybe we should get to know them and help them out. I didn't mean to put down anyone.
