I think its time for some new wheels

I got to say I am impressed with the power that I saw at GLR and in some of the video from the other reigonals. FIRST teams never cease to amaze me with what they come up with. It really showed us how much we were lacking in traction (although we have the speed down, not many could beat us to the goals, seems like alot of reports of speed are overestimated while I now believe many people on power/traction).

I think the omni wheels are on their way our for something with rubber, tomorrow will be a busy day.

Some of the strongest robots I saw were Killer Bees with some really fantastic agressive driving, 308 man we gave up once they grabbed the goals, the Nachi robot, T3, Hot bot once they were on the little wheels, TechoJays, Team 1's sweet traction feet (we have them in spare parts but scrapped the pneumatic system great to see how well it works) and Lake Orion which was money getting 2 goals and deploying the tether.

I didn't really see many robots that were designed for both high qualifying and elimination. Some were real close like wildstang with the treads for pulling and swerve for collection, we were in a match with them and it was super exciting but we lost by something like 1 point.

We will try again at Western
