I now realize that divsions may be for people to compete WITHIN, instead of teaming up, which was my original thought. Scratch the leader thing not a team, none needed. We still need a name though, like how a Championship Division is named. And as of now the six members still stand, and I am still unsure whether a division is an alliance or a crew of people competing agaainst each other
 .Jeez, I should find this info out. Jinda important eh?
