Re: Excel Attachments?

Well, when I click on a Word document, it displays correctly. It either opens in Word or opens in Internet Explorer with the wacky Word controls (like PDFs in IE). It depends on which computer I use on what it does with Word files, so this is obviously configured on the client end.

However, when I click on Excel files, it tries to read it as ASCII text or something and I just get a bunch of gibberish in IE.

Therefore, I assume that the .xls files are linked differently than .doc files, and if .xls files are linked in the same way .doc files are linked they will open properly, but I might be totally off in assuming how this works. Sorry if this is something wrong on my end...

I tried this on a couple of computers and searched before I posted
