You have spanish band masses...
Your state icon "the alamo" is in the middle of downtown... You have more than your fair share of Garden Ridge's. (then again, I've only really visited San Antonio)

EDIT: Oh, and everythigng runs off of (in a Hank Hill voice) propane and propane accessories.
