13. 3 weeks of design + 1 week of waiting for parts = 2 weeks of build=not good cuz we get kicked out @ 11
14. not having a robot for UTC scrimmage + using last year's robot = winning it? (strange but true) 15. totally reorganizing= a lot of work for years to come, not just this past year 16. hanging onto the past + not being ready for the future = trouble in team
