New Segway

and they have launched a whole new marketing campaign...

When is Segway going to put spinners on a model? That should so be an option.

My problem persists that I'm a rather stout 230-250. That's pushing the i series, especially if I (do I dare?) carry books or something besides my backside.

<edit>Actually, that's pushing any Segway's limits. And I perused Segway's accessories section--I saw the hat, but nothing else jumped out as new. Did I miss it?</edit>

Apparently, the "new" Segway is just a plain ol' Segway with some Carbon Fiber looking stick on panels.. (boring)

When is Segway going to come out with different colored segways?

This reminds me of a quote which I will probably get wrong from Henry Ford.
"We can make your favorite color car, as long as your favorite color is black"
or something like that...

I want a Royal Blue Segway with Orange racing (lol) stripes on it......

My guess is that Segway is going the iMac route, get these out the door, then start introducing color.
