One of the things I love about my Zen is that all the controls are along the sides, making it easy to use while it's still in your pocket, something that the Ipod is difficult with. I'm not a fan of touchpads. I like something with some feel to it, like a jog lever.
It's nice to be able to switch tracks in the middle of work with out your boss thinking your just playing with a gameboy all day. -Andy A.
