Cool FIRST Haiku's

Grinding motor grind
Grind your silly life away
Til you are replaced

Basket Broken Yes
No, not when we have zip-ties
Basket Broken No

Man with pompador
rules all with a kind heart and
balancing wheel-chair

Just some fun FIRST Haiku's. Figgured I'd do something to replace my failed forum tag ... Anyone got any others to add???
Haiku's are five syllables, then seven, then five again.

So shoot scat cats shoot
better than that bot that shot
balls and missed the goal

Better hope someone from 73 doesn't see that.

I hate poetry.
Poetry is really dull.
Ah! I do it too!

What's this? We normally didn't miss. We had about 80% accuracy. Some matches we missed because other teams were being silly and not stop moving the goal for the 2 or 3 seconds it required us to shoot the ball. We didn't particularly appreciate that. At least make some true accusations :-p (like we didn't score enough points or something).

My business card says "Engineer - poet"

Not the card for business, mind you, but the one I give to girls I'm trying to impress.

The bridge won't balance
Time is rapidly fading
The goal falls: ten points.

Some go to Disney
To meet Mickey and the gang.
They have no idea.

We had a robot
That attempted way too much.
Fourteen DOF Condor.

It broke frequently.
Spectra, it seems, lacks the strength
To withstand pounding.

We did have an egg.
Not really for Easter, though.
Condor is a bird.

Did you sign the egg?
Many did. Our driver was
Quite superstitious.

Eddie, I think every girl in Tigerbolt has attempted to set you up before, I'm sure of it. You objected to us doing so, remember? If you want help, talk to Christina. She's the resident matchmaker.

You talking about those "marriages", or really. Because if it's the "marriages", then The High Priest can't, and really doesn't want to. But for reality, hey, The High Priest is game.
