Dodgeball the movie taking ideas from FIRST?!?!?!??!

Actually, I think it'd be kinda neat to see a dodgeball game played on a 2004 field, sans the platform (or at least the goals). I mean, you know it'd be fun to see guys running scared from the ball dumps.

(but if you get hit with the ten point ball, do you get taken down twice as badly?)

You'd have to keep the mobile goals. I can just see Ben Stiller rolling down the field taking cover inside of a mobile goal.

Actually, when I think about it, you probably couldn't get much cover from a mobile goal. I can remember plenty of teams scoring on Archimedes where the balls slipped through the pipes.

It's sad cause when they showed the field in Dodgeball I immediately thought that the way the lighting and everything was that it reminded me of a FIRST setup. Lol. Yea, crazy stuff.

Erm, yeah ... I have yet to see "Dodgeball" but from the picture posted .. wow! If there are dodgeballs involved in next year's game, we'll all know why!
