[FVG]: Final Decisions

This is different from the Decisions thread because there will not be too much discussion here, it is meant more as a place to have all the final decisions organized. here are what we have decided so far:

Name: FIRST: Ultimate Robot Challenge
Game: 2004, FIRST Frenzy
Language: C++
Engine: Crystal Space
2D formats: jpg, gif, png, tga
3D format: 3DSMAX (unless a problem arises)
Sound format: ogg
