[ECDU]: Motto Suggestions

So it's about time we get moving with this organization, along with all the chat room stuff. So please make your suggestions on this organizations Motto, and then we will make a poll with selected good mottos. We are looking for it to be stupid/humorous/serious, but other suggestions are welcome as well.

There are always difficulties arising that tempt you to believe your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires some of the same courage that a soldier needs. Peace has its victories, but it takes brave men and women to win them. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

here's a few,
"Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn't matter to me. Going to bed at night saying we've done something wonderful . . . that's what matters to me."" Steven P. Jobs CEO of NeXT, Inc.

or

"If you have a hammer, find a nail"

and

"The only ones who fail are those who do not try."

"If you really want to know, go build it."

"Aim for the impossible and you will achieve the improbable."

Guess I'll share too, maybe to get some others thinking.... back from the day I used to have this - it's actually from the movie "Driven".

"Don't just drive because you love it, drive for the pure victory."

Re: [ECDU]: Motto Suggestions

my softball coach always says to su when were either inthe champ. or in just a regular game when we lose or we feel like were gunna lose:
-"One is the loneliest number that you'll ever do, two can be as bad as one" i think its part of a song from Three Dog Night.

heres a quote from Rocky! it can be motto too if u think about it but this is my favorite quote from the movie:
-"if that bell rings and I'm still standing, then I'm gonna know for the first time in my life, see, that I wasn't just another bum from the neighborhood."

-look and ye shall see, see and ye shall find
-the lord helps those that help themselves

ill think of more...

-if you cant bark with the big dogs stay off the pouch

-2nd is 1st place is for losers

-i dont swim in your toilet, so dont pee in my pool

-the movement you need is on your sholders

-live like you were dying (line from the new Tim Mcgraw song )

Drive as if your grandparents were watching.

Be a gracious and professional driver.

Or something to that extent anyway. LOL

If you do say something that isn't just for fun or praising something, which hopefully you do, just be prepared to back up what you said.

Anything that I post is an opinion from my own mind. Some may agree with it, others may not. However do not negatively associate anyone else, including any team I work with, with my opinion.
