It's one of those movies that you watch just to see how bad it is. Like, those old monster movies. Basically like Mystery Science Theater 3000! I used to watch MST3K and laugh as Crow and Tom Servo would make wise remarks and quick come backs as they watched really bad B movies. I think it's still on Comedy Central as repeats.
