Anglers... The Frankenfish Invasion

Those of you who enjoy fishing and F.I.R.S.T. who of you has heard of the Frankenfish, that is invading streams, rivers, and other bodies of water in the Maryland/Northern Virginia areas. This fish is at the top of the food chain, meaning nothing eats it, meaning it ain't from around here, someone introduced it to the area. Here's the story...The Frankenfish Story. So besides using a good old Ugly Stick, and a Shakespear real, with some PowerBait and a Carolina Righ, how would you catch these suckers.
