2005 SBPLI Regional now at Hofstra

It was just announced by Fred Briethut(head of SBPLI) that the SBPLI Long Island Regional is moving from Suffolk Community College to Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. The competition will be held on March 17, 18, and 19, 2005.

I wonder if there's another regional that's changed venue as many times as this one has.

We've been in three different buildings in five years.

2k2 - Rutgers College ave Gym
2k3 - Rutgers Athletic Cent (The RAC)
2k4 - The Soverign Bank Arena

They probably couldn't find the building they'd used previously without making a left turn

In 2000, the SBPLI Long Island Regional was held at Suffolk County Community College's (SCCC) Ammerman Campus. In 2001 through 2004, it was held at SCCC's Brentwood Campus.
