Someone would have to be very good at PS to get the lettering to look like that. Altho depending on how it was engraved(laser etched or really engraved) it would leave different markings and that looks like something a cnc machine or something of the like would probably etch because of the way the letters start and end.

Okay... so now that the "fun" has ended, and this thread has died down a little, I guess I can reveal the truth...
(You have no idea how funny this was for me).

It's MY iPod.
I decided to order one of the new G4 iPods.
When I saw the free engraving offer, I was just going to put my name, but someone suggested putting my new "catchphrase" , and I couldn't resist.

• Yes, it's real.
• The engraving, is real.
• The iPod, is real.
• Yes, that picture was photoshopped. -- I didn't want my serial number posted.
• I also used Photoshop (yes, at 1AM) to crop the picture, shrink it and send it to Andy.

Andy graciously jumped right into this little prank. As some of you know, I do things like this from time to time. I hope you all had as much fun as I did.
At least, I only do this stuff in the summer, right?

Ohh, one more thing. Those of you who "knew" it was fake, and cited all these various reasons (I'm looking at you DJ, silly-silly DJ.) are just too clever for your own good (ha).

Sometimes, the most obvious solution is the right one.
