http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...ght=non-profit Also this is the website for the IRS that covers 501(c)(3) http://www.irs.gov/charities/charitable/ IANAL ( I am not a lawyer) so this is just my $0.02 worth. Reach out to your community and find an accountant that will let you ask some basic questions. Explain what your needs are and see what they has to say.
