I'm sure more than a few of us have said this, but I've coined it into my email signature:

FIRST, it's more than just a sport. It's a way of life.

I like the last one, not only because of the incredibly corny play on words, but because it really shows that silly cliche we all learned in grammar school. Everyone wins in FIRST. You might not have a trophy to show for all your hard work, but the amazing things that you take away from the program are often enough. Think about all the hard work people put in and all the things you've learned.
