[OCCRA]: [OCCRA] drill transmission

just as our hand drill, as explained in
http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=30618
one of our drill transmissions for our robot is slipping. although our gear shifter is not stuck.
the clutch is slipping even when it is selected in the "drill" mode.
what is wrong? and how do i fix this?
