Hi,
We have the same thing happening, one of our central mentors is taking some time off (we all hope its just time off) In this process we are "reinventing" our team, All the posts in this thread seem to sum things up well, ** Ya just gotta go on** it is a "team thing" and up to the whole team to make a call. we made the hard call. Good luck, I hope it all works out, (just wanted to let you know your not alone) for new members, get them into Everything, sort them out as to what they like, what they are good at, and what they want to learn. most of all Have Fun!
