Re: How many teams in 2005?

769 has not registered yet, because of complications within our organization. The administrator who has our password retired, and has e-mail no longer exists at our school, so until we figure out our situation, we are unable to register.

Re: How many teams in 2005?

They've made it to #1607 so far, but with the 2nd regional registration open teams are double and triple listed. Numberwise, I'd say we'll reach around 1650. It would be funny and sad if we could only reach 999 teams this year. (Random though that popped into my head.)

Re: How many teams in 2005?

Right now we're at 796 teams total with 108 rookies (797 and 109 if you count my team, we've registered but we're on a waitlist so we have no number yet). I counted them by hand though so I might be off one or two in either direction.

Re: How many teams in 2005?

I found a query which seems to give the number of teams without duplicates.

http://www.usfirst.org/frc/map/FMPro...-max=all&-find

It seems we're up to 828 teams. I haven't checked for errors though.

Re: How many teams in 2005?

I put together an excel spread sheet for myself to make it easier to keep track of these number. So far there are 854 teams registered. Registration breaks down as follows:

1 event 607
2 events 235
3 events 12 (events include Championship)

I think these are right, at least as of this morning (I didn't include the Israel teams).

Will the teachers not stay if they don't get paid? A lot of teams have teachers that don't get paid. Most mentors don't get paid. Turn them into volunteers.
