If you go through the Mozilla ftp server, you can get the nightly builds. The one from last night actually has the label of 1.0, no PR or RC, just 1.0. It's interesting.

When RC2 came out I was tempted to do it, then I saw that 1.0 is coming out on 11-9-04. It's probably not much different, but if you can wait you won't have to install it twice.
