Championship FAQ
There's not a link on the FIRST site as far as I can tell, but they've posted a championship FAQ at http://www.usfirst.org/robotics/2002/ChampFAQ.pdf. The only thing I can see that's missing is the arena map that they refer to...

Thanks for the info. I have a question if you can answer it. Is the reason that pits open at 7:30 instead of 8:00 to allow more matches to be played, or is it for extra time with the robot?

Looking over the agenda(which there is a link to on the Championship page), it looks like they've got opening ceremonies scheduled for 8:30, so they're staying with the standard "open the pits an hour before opening ceremonies" idea...
