building a hand held tachometer
i do alot of work with small engines and i have been looking into buying a non contact tachometer but i cant find any for less than $200. I was wondering if it would be possible to build one useing a light sensor. I'm just uncertain as to how to convert the pulse from the light sensor into numbers on a display. Any help would be greatly apreciated.
Thanks, Ben Van Selous |
