[OCCRA]: OCCRA Drivers

This just a curiosity of mine: (1)How are your drivers selected for OCCRA, (2) who selects them, (3) what are your requirements, and (4) do you practice and how often?

During FIRST and OCCRA 469 had a selected set of drivers, one coach, and one human player. This year as the placebo, we are rotating through people who volunteer to try out. Our only requirements are full knowledge of the rules and a bit of pre-competition practice. Practice is not regular andt is an as-needed event. I'm just wondering what other teams do for driving during OCCRA.
