May I highly recommend putting your video's under a
Creative Commons License? This would do exactly what you want, allowing other people to use your video's whenever they need them as long as they give you due credit. You can even add additional clauses, like preventing people from using your video for profit. It's an excellent way to give to the community, and an excellent resource when you need something for a creative project.
