Exclamation 157 to go to Nationals?!

Please note this is unconfirmed......

I have heard that the funding is in place, and 157 will go to the nationals pending accomodations and travel arraingements.

If this is true... We are going, we are going to make the BEST of it and bring home the BIG PRIZE!!!!

Angry Aztechs, Eh?

Hey Aztechs, My friends and I have a bone to pick with you. During the Philly Regional, you were nearby team 222 on the bleachers. One of your team members, an advisor i believe, was "dancing," holding a banner, and usually with one arm in his coat. My friends and I have hypothesized that this is a contagious, terminal condition, which we have dubbed "Aztechitis," also know as "Aztech Fever." We have contracted this disease. If you know the cure, please tell me ASAP. Maybe then i will forgive your team.

I'm glad that the Aztechs will be going to Nats. They are the most awesome ball handler! They earned every bit of their Philly championship.

Wow... cool! Congrats on your newfound luck!

Good luck on finding transportation though... You're cutting it really close...

Hope to see you at Nats!

Thumbs up great people

I have only been following the aztechs and the entire FIRST world online since I graduated from Assabet Valley in '98 (except for a trip to CT and Nats a few years back). It put chills down my spine when I read the aztechs website and saw that not only there current sponsors and parents sent support to send the team to Florida, but Nypro (sponsors of team #126 Gale Force) and Team #107 Team R.O.B.O.T.I.C.S all the way in Michigan as well as anonomys donations and new sponsors. This is truly a great thing not only for the Aztechs, but for all the teams in FIRST as this shows what gracious professionalism truly means.

I would like to wish you all the best of luck in Florida next week!

I have been out of town for the past week and purposly left the laptop at home! Anyway, it appears my sources were correct, and team 157 has registered for the nationals.

I can honestly say I don't know anymore than that, and what I've read. If what it is true, that two teams have come to our aid (I should have expected nothing less from Clinton/Nypro) and a big thank you to team 107.

This is what is so great about FIRST! I know that these generous offers will not go unrecognized, and to all who lobbied for team 157 to participate, your notes were read by administration and appreciated by out entire team!

Now it's up to us to get it done!
