Name tags are good. I like the idea of having the web hug on Thursday. If it is in the evening it would allow for a bit more time to talk to each other and there is always the option to go somewhere after the hug. I think the fliers that were handed out last year were helpful and I think that same place near the trees was a good place to have the web hug.

How about a wee bit before the end of practices, so teams that may vamoose right after everyone's done for the day can still participate? Just make sure it runs on after as well for people that may have to be on a field at the time.

I'm a fan of the typical noon on Thursday.. or morning on Thursday..

I wouldn't venture off into the other days because as everyone mentioned, they are a bit more intense. Friday morning everyone is coming in, trying to get the match schedule and get going.. Saturday many people in picking positions are busy with planning..

Plus, the webhug is our little 'kickoff' to the days.. so when you see those familiar faces on Friday & Saturday you can greet your fellow forum users.

I'd also vote against Thursday night also, because if teams are still sticking around by the time they are over, it's likely only because they have one of the last matches or many repairs in the pits... Thursday night we like to leave as early as we can to have a relaxing night to prep in (dinner, team meeting, and the ever important volleyball).

Just my thoughts.. See you there if it's during a plausible time! If not.. I'm around.. don't be afraid to stop by and see us if you need any assistance, advice, or just want to check us out

Let's have some fun.

I to would also have to place my vote for the Thursday 12 noon webhug. ALthough some people may not be able to make it. It may very well be the easiest and most logical time to have it.

just my input

Thursday

I'll be sure to come whenever it's held (unless of course I have to drive the robot right at that time). I also think Thursday would be the best day and noon should be a good time.

I'll try to bring 200 or so buttons with me - so if you recognize me at Webhug, ask me for a Firestorm 4 button.
