Re: League II Week IX Analysis

Koko's X-Cats (4-4) vs. Coco's Monkeys (4-4)
It's Koko vs. Coco and Coco may be missing any prodction form the running game with Corey Dillion hurting but as long as they have Peyton Manning that may noit matter. The X-Cats have Arron Brooks but need to get something form the Raiders running backs in order to survive.

Rhode Island Charge (4-4) vs. The Borg (3-5)
The Charge combo of the surprising Drew Brees, Priest Holmes and Willis McGahee could prove lethal to The Borg who have the benched Brad Johnson on their roster the injured Brian Westbrook and the trgially underused Marshall Faulk.

South Fl Jets (5-3) vs. The Lightning ( 4-4)
The big difference could be the Jets sporting the Jets D who will probably get at least 4 sacks on the Bills vs. a on a bye Falcons D for the Ligtning. Bulger could make up the difference for the Ligtning but as long as trhe Jets have Hasselback and Thomlinson they will be tough to beat.

Dunedain (2-6) vs This Space for Rent(3-5)
Dunedain has an adavnatage with Sammy Morris and Clinton Portis over Onterio Smith (who is suspended) and Anthony Thomas. Whomever gets better production from their quarterbacks (Kerry Collins for Dunedain or Vinny Testeverde for the Renters) will win.

Toronto Fumblers (4-4) vs.Hurricanes (1-6-1)
The Canes hobbled themselves severly by having no one on defense and have to hope Donovan McNabb has an amazing game to have any chance.

JC's Juggernauts (3-5) vs. Cooney Quest (7-1)
The Quest could be in huge trouble this week with little from the running game and the erratic Jake Plummer slinging the ball around. Kurt Warner and Curtis Martin may be enough to take the Juggernauts over the top.

Nor Cal Crushers (4-4) vs. The Shoats (5-2-1)
The Crushers have no real presence in the running game with Travis Henry benched and Kevin Jones barely productive. Tiki Barber could prove to be massive for the Shoats. And with Harrison and Wayne running free on the Vikings this could get ugly.

Philly Cheesesteaks (5-3) vs. Valleygirls (5-3)
With Culpepper and a pair of Duces (theough Staley is hurting with a bad hammy) the Valleygirls could be in for a world of hurt.

Bonecrushers (5-3) vs.Stud Man Clan (3-5)
The Clan have no second back but the Bonecrushers don't really have any (Tatum Bell barely plays and Warrick Dunn is on a bye) and although Kevan Barlow has been a disapointment he can outpreform what the Bonecrushers have. Having Pennington over the invisable (as in on a bye) Byron Leftwich is a bonus. Terrell Ownes will have ot save the Clan's bacon.

For my bad team, don't think that I have just given up on it, I tried to make some moves but there really isn't anyone that great still avaliable, I still check it every week and all that jazz. I would never walk away and let a struggling team rot.

And as for my second team I have finally broken out of the 50s with the high score for the week, even though I know you all still doubt my standing.

Well I certainly wasn't expecting Adam Viniteri to throw a touchdown pass but I was right about your backs (though Lamont Jordan should get points for crushing Brain Morman at the Ralph).

As for your bad team you were doomed when you took too many Packers and you paid for it. I learned that lesson two years ago with the Bills and I will never do it again.

Re: 2004 Season for Fantasy Football, FIRST Robotics league

The good news is: I'm up 26 points on the Monkeys.
The bad new: The Monkeys have Peyton Manning tossing the ball around against the Pathetic Vikings defense.
I'm so screwed.

As I said on the phone to my girlfriend near the end of the game: "Peyton Manning is the sexiest man alive. No one can throw the football and look that good at the same time."

I was really sweating this game out. As Koko said, he was up 26. After that fourth touchdown I jumped up and hit my head on the bottom rung of my bunk bed. *rubs forehead*

Koko, as for you being screwed. I only have one thing to say to that. I'll see you in the playoffs

(I think DJ Fluck is turning me to the darkside, I'm finding myself rooting for the Colts more and more as the season goes on.)

Re: 2004 Season for Fantasy Football, FIRST Robotics league

Rhode Island Charge (4-4) d. The Borg (3-5)
83-25
Rhode Island was in the zone this week, pulling together their running game, quarterback, and defense. Drew Brees’s 29 would’ve won by itself. The running combo of Holmes and McGahee pulled 20. But what sealed the deal was a combined defensive effort of 28 (led by the New York Giants’ 12). What did the Borg have? Well, aside from a 12 from Brian Dawkins, not much. The Charge take their second straight.

Coco's Monkeys (4-4) d. Koko's X-Cats (4-4)
80-76
With both teams at .500, this was an important game. And both teams delivered. The X-Cats had a running game of 20, a receiving game of 21, and a kicking game pulling 12. Notice something missing? It’s the QB score of 3 which may have killed the Cats. But it didn’t look that way until Monday night. That’s when the Monkey’s Peyton Manning stepped up with 30 points. Alone, it wouldn’t have been enough. But together with Dillon’s 11, Lelie’s 10, and Seattle’s 13, it became a fight. A fight which the Monkeys were able to squeeze out 4 more points than the X-Cats. Could this be the deciding game of both teams' playoff fates?

South Fl Jets (5-3) d. The Lightning (4-4)
72-46
The Lightning looked to stop a nasty loosing skid against the unpredictable Jets. Unfortunately, with not much individual effort other than Bulger’s 11, it looked quite difficult. This was only exacerbated by the fact that South Florida actually bought a B+ game to the opposition. They also had only one noticeable individual effort at the QB spot (Matt Hasselbeck’s 23). Luckily, the Jets had everyone contribute. There were four others with at least 8 points. This type of gameplay gave The Lightning their third straight loss.

Dunedain (2-6) d. This Space for Rent (3-5)
65-55
This was a surprisingly good game for two teams who have both spent considerable time in the basement. But the conspicuous problem is that TSfR can’t get a QB to score positive integers. A -8 there this week really hurt them, where their excellent running game of 27, Shayne Graham scoring 16, and Buffalo’s DEF worth 12 should’ve put them over the top. But Dunedain’s QB scored 9 more than TSfR’s (which, now that I’m thinking about it, isn’t that great either). Their show also consisted of Portis’s 13, Tony Gonzalez’s 12, and a 13 put up by Pittsburgh. Ironically, it was TSfR who Dunedained this week.

Toronto Fumblers (4-4) d. Hurricanes (1-6-1)
64-40
I’ll make this short: the Hurricanes had no defense and nothing else beyond Shaun Alexander’s 20. And the Phantom Fumblers had already equaled that with Roethlisberger and Jamal Lewis putting up dual 10s. While not too on the ball (no pun intended) offensively this week, Toronto was able to cap off their fourth straight with a solid defensive effort of 29.

Cooney Quest (7-1) d. JC's Juggernauts (3-5)
103-43
Okay, fine, Cooney is the best team in the league right now. Happy? Of course, when your opposition’s only high point is a defense tallying 24, even Dunedain could’ve won this game. Most of that 103 was pointless (though incredibly fun to watch). High score: Jake Plummer and his 28. Receiving added 16 (I’ll add that the low point was their poor runner’s combined 2). Adam Vinatieri’s surprise touchdown throw helped add 24 to The Quest, and the defense plopped up 33. Cooney Quest hasn’t lost since week one, and with games like this, they may never again.

The Shoats (5-2-1) d. Nor Cal Crushers (4-4)
85-50
Nor Cal probably should’ve done better in this game. Griese and Jackson put up dual 17s, but also, the Crushers had three 0s. So there wasn’t much to show for their efforts. It may have too been difficult for them to overcome The Shoats’ game anyway, mostly consisting of Delhomme actually having a good game (with 23) and Tiki Barber nabbing 18. Combine that with the defense contributing 24 total, and you have The Shoats winning their second straight.

Philly Cheesesteaks (5-3) d. Valleygirls (5-3)
69-68
You knew this game had to be good, and it was, though it didn’t come down to the usual avenues for either team. The only decent offensive activity was Culpepper’s 13 on Monday (and if you go chronologically, it was the game winner) for Philly, and Stover’s 15 for the Girls. These two teams had to duke it out on the defensive side of the gridiron. The Valleygirls’ defense put up 27 (led by Baltimore’s 18), but the Cheesesteaks’ defense scored 35 (led by Arizona and a 15). That was essentially the story of this game.

Stud Man Clan (3-5) d. Bonecrushers (5-3) vs.
27-23
This game should never have been this close. “The Clan have no second back but the Bonecrushers don't really have any, and although Kevan Barlow has been a disappointment, he can outperform what the Bonecrushers have. Having Pennington over the invisible (as in on a bye) Byron Leftwich is a bonus.” Ed called this game exactly how it happened. The Bonecrushers had no running game, no QB, and a donut by a defenseman. Truthfully, The Clan inhaled audibly as well, though they had one less zero than their opponent. To put in perspective, eleven teams outscored (and one tied) the combined total for this game. Four of those were losing efforts as well. But with only that W mattering, the Clan took their second straight.

Rank Team Name W-L-T WPct Pts Streak
1 Cooney Quest 8-1-0 .889 530 W-8
2 The Shoats 6-2-1 .722 576 W-2
3 Ph!lly Cheesesteaks 6-3-0 .667 589 W-1
4 south fl jets 6-3-0 .667 482 W-2
5 Coco's Monkeys 5-4-0 .556 594 W-1
6 Rhode Island Charge 5-4-0 .556 578 W-2
7 Toronto Fumblers 5-4-0 .556 528 W-4

12 Nor Cal Crushers 4-5-0 .444 458 L-1
13 Stud Man Clan 4-5-0 .444 391 W-2
14 Jc's Juggernaut's 3-6-0 .333 468 L-3
15 This Space For Rent 3-6-0 .333 444 L-1
16 Dunedain 3-6-0 .333 397 W-2
17 The BORG 3-6-0 .333 331 L-2
18 Hurricanes 1-7-1 .167 475 L-6

Playoff Picture: Okay, with five games remaining, technically, nobody's been eliminated yet (in fact, the Hurricanes can lose one more game, and still be in contention). Also, nobody has clinched yet. The closest to clinching a playoff spot is Cooney, who can clinch with two wins and a loss from any one of the Monkeys, Charge, Fumblers, Girls, or Bonecrushers (in fact, in week 11, the Bonecrushers and Girls face, as well as the Monkeys and Fumblers, so we'll just call it two wins). There are a few other situations for the Quest, but they are so random that mentioning them all this early in the race is a waste of time.

gaelforce126(4-5) 293 Koko's X-Cats (3-6)207.5
In spite of having five zeores on the scorecard gaelforce126 won easily due to Matt Hasselback outscoring Chad Pennington 89-32 and the defense winning the battle 84-61.5.

Pelan's Bobcats(5-4)291Sparxs1126(5-4) 222
Sparxs1126 looks to Donovan McNabb and Priest Holmes to lead the way. The Bobcats counter with Rudi Johnson, Shaun Alexander but missing the on a bye TJ Duckett which could cost them dearly.
McNabb got outscoed by Brain Griese 94-57. Priest Holmes went down to injury and scored 40 points and there wasn't much else from the otehr backs while Pelan's Bobcats got a combined 128 points from Johnson and Alexander.

boodah25 (6-3) 288 ryforstek525 (2-7) 185
boodah25 is missing Alge Crumpler but ryforstek525 is missing Warick Dunn and the rarely used Antowain Smith and with Kevan Barlow and Domanic Davis on the other side that is a bad thing.
Barlow and Davis 98. Marshal Faulk 28. Game over.

Sigmakittens (4-5)220 ValleyGirls(4-5) 194
The Valleygirls have the incomperable Daunte Culpepper who can easily outplay the kitties Mark Brunell. But the kitties have Willis McGahee who is more effective than the Valleygirls Troy Hambrick and Ron Dayne.
The Kitties running backs (led by McGahee's 86 points) outscored the Valleygirls 105-11. Culpepper's 74 points kept it close.

Paragon571 (7-2)334 NU Cowboys (0-9) 167
Until the Cowboys start to take their responsibilites as a team manager seriously so long as their opponenets start players who are actually playing it doesn't matter who is playing. Paragon571 wins easily.

Amaizin' Blue (5-4) 364 Dunedain (7-2) 294
Bulger and Owens could have insane weeks for Dunedain. Amazin' Blue needs big weeks from their trio of running backs Edgerrin James, Rueben Drougins and the injured but possibly performing Brain Westbrook.
Bulger had a big week with 101 points but was matched by and surpassed by Trent Green's 127 points. Owens laid an egg and scored only 2 points. Drougins, James and Westbrook combined for 139 points.

NorCal Crushers (6-3) 248 The Teal Curtain(9-0) 301
The Curtain are getting surprisingly great play from Drew Brees and with Jamal Lewis and Curtis Martin on their side thay are a tough out. The Crushers require Jake Delohme to regain his Superbowl form and Lee Suggs and Stephen Jackson need to make some big plays.
Delohme regained his Superbowl form outscoring Drew Brees 108-101 but the Teal Curtian's backs outscored the Crushers backs 95-42.

Epsilon Delta (4-5) 155 Cooney Quest(1-8)104
Someone is going to get a one week reprive from a poor season. The QUest is the most likely victim having an INEXCUSABLE eight players on bye bacsically giving the win to Epsilon Dleta who has Micheal Vick and still not starting a second running back. Just because you aren't performing to the standards you like doesn't mean you should jsut walk away and leave the team to rot. It's a poor lesson in FIRST and in life. Success should not determine your level of commitment.
All of the players who played for the Quest scored pretty well especially the Chicago Bears defense who scored 57 points but there's only so much you can do with four players. Epsilon Delta wasn't great in the least but they got enough to win from their nine players.

LEAGUGE 1 WEEK X ANALYSIS

Koko's X-Cats (3-6)vs boodah25 (6-3)
The slumping X-Cats try to change their fortunes by going with rookie sensation Ben Roethlisberger but will depend on Corey Dillon. Chris Brown and Derrick Blaylock (who gets the start for the injured Priest Holmes). boodah25 hopes for solid games from Domanic Davis and Andre Johnson who are feasting on the weak Indy D and Kevan Barlow. They also hope Drew Bledsoe perform well in New England where he traditionally doesn't.

Sparxs1126(5-4) vs. Dunedain (7-2)
The Sparxs will be without Preist Holmes and the other two back not exactly household names. That means a even bigger relaince on Donovan McNabb on Monday Night Football. Dunedain is looking to end a two game skid and ironically could benefit due to the Sparx starting QB becasue they have Terrell Owens. Marc Bulger, Micheal Pittman and Duece McCallister are alos in for possibly big days.

gaelforce126(4-5) vs. Pelan's Bobcats(5-4)
gaelforce126 has Matt Hasselback going up against the non-existant Rams defense but the Bobcat's have a rejuvinated Brian Griese on their side. The difference may be that the Bobcats have both Rudi Johnson, TJ Duckett and Shaun Alexander while gaelforce126 has Clinton Portis, an ineffective Shaun Bryson and a riding the pine Chris Perry.

ValleyGirls(4-5) vs.ryforstek525 (2-7)
ryforstek525 has a huge advantage in the running game with Marshal Faulk and Warrick Dunn(Antowain Smith doesn't count) going up against Troy Hambrick and Ron Dayne. The Valleygirls get earn their living with Daunte Culpepper so ryforstek525 needs Kurt Warner to something else other than fumble the ball.

Paragon571 (7-2)vs. Sigmakittens (4-5)
A battle of a couple of the hottest team in the league. The kitties have hurt themselves by leaving out the defense and Warren Sapp who are on a bye and they're going to need everything they got because so long as Peyton Manning keeps slinging touchdowns Paragon571 will be tough to beat.

NU Cowboys (0-9) vs.Cooney Quest(1-8)
Game of the weak. The Quest have all hands on deck and should win.

NorCal Crushers (6-3) vs.Amaizin' Blue (5-4)
Trent Green gets his shot at the New Orleans defense who can't stop anyone and without Priset Holmes the Chiefs will look to throw even more. Ahman Green could give the Crushers huge points today if Jake Delohme can't.

Epsilon Delta (4-5) vs. The Teal Curtain(9-0)
Epsilon Delta has no LaDanian Thomlinson so unless Micheal Vick has a career day thay are basically dead.

Re: League II Week X Analysis

Koko's X-Cats (4-5) vs. The Lightning ( 4-5)
Marc Bulger is in position to make big things happen for the Lightning. The X-Cats are hoping Arron Brooks can throw forward passes this week! Ahman Green and Micheal Pittman for the X-Cats vs. Edgerrin James and Rudi Johnson will be the determining factor this week.

Rhode Island Charge (5-4) vs. JC's Juggernauts (3-6)
The Charge will miss Preist Holmes but may get a boost from Willis McGahee. The Jugernauts are hoping that Kurt Warner can make good things happen and not get himself benched and that Curtis Martin can do anything against the tight Ravens D.

South Fl Jets (6-3) vs. The Borg (3-6)
The Jets are looking to Jerome Bettis and William Green to make big things happen for their respective teams. While the Borg hope Mike Martz will use Marshall Faulk more than he does but he is a self proclaimed genius who is actually an idiot so I wouldn't hold my breath and Brain Westbrook is still recovering. Still in denial starting Brad Johnson.

Dunedain (3-6) vs Coco's Monkeys (5-4)
The Monkey's have Peyton Manning who has been lights out. Clinton Portis and Derrick Blylock need to come up big and it would be nice for Dunedain get some consistence from Micheal Vick.

Toronto Fumblers (5-4) vs.This Space for Rent(3-6)
The Fumblers look for Jamal Lewis to have a big day. With Ben Roethlisberger in their arsenal the Fumblers are ingood shape. The Renters need a good game from Anthony Thomas and Onterio Smith.

Hurricanes (1-7-1) vs. Bonecrushers (5-4)
The Bonecrushers are in trouble with Byron Leftwich out and Tatum Bell barely playing. The Canes have Donovan McNabb having a big Monday night and Shaun Alexander running all over the Rams.

Nor Cal Crushers (4-5) vs. Cooney Quest (8-1)
The Quest look to continiue their winning ways with Micheal Bennet and Dorsey Levens plugged in the lineup with varible opprtunities available thus it'll be up to Brett Farve anf Torry Holt keeping the Quest going strong.Especially with Trent Green getting to light up the pathetic Saints defense (if you can call what the Saints put on the field a defense).

Philly Cheesesteaks (6-3) vs. The Shoats (6-2-1)
The Shoats look for Harrison and Wayne to give points as well as Tiki Barber. Daunte Culpepper is a threat to explode any week and having Duece McCallister and Domanic Davis is a bonus for the Cheesesteaks.

Stud Man Clan (4-5) vs.Valleygirls (5-4)
The Clan are without a starting quarterback or a running back and must depend on Kevan Barlow having a career game (not likely) and Jerry Rice discovering the fountain of youth. The one thing going the Clan's way is there isn't much on the Valleygirl's roster that scares you to death outside of the Baltimore Ravens defense.

Yeah, I had to bench Holmes, and Brees is off this week. However, McGahee may perform to cover Holmes, and Brady may actually decide to throw the ball against the killer run defense of Buffalo. Luckily (at least individually), there isn't much I'm worried about on the opposition, so I may be worrying for nothing.

Week X Postgame Analysis

Talk about close games. Four games were decided by 10 or less, and all of them altered the standings a little. These games may have an effect on who makes the playoffs as well.

Rhode Island Charge (5-4) d. JC's Juggernauts (3-6)
60-59
This was the most exciting game to take place entirely on Sunday night. With Holmes injured and McGahee going against the Patriots, Rhode Island’s running game was in tatters. Curtis Martin himself took 17 for the Juggernauts in that category. So, Rhode Island turned to their receiving game. Joe Horn managed to pull in 14, with a complimentary 9 from Moses. And don’t get me started about the defense led by Ed Reed’s 10. But without the night game, Rhode Island would be behind. That’s because the Juggernauts got an 18 in defense, and Warner was just under double digits with 9. However, the Charge had a decent enough performance from Tom Brady (14) to plop them to their third straight.

Koko's X-Cats (4-5) d. The Lightning (4-5)
62-47
The X-Cats won by 15. But it was much closer than that. Both QBs were in low double digits, as well as the combined running games. Both defenses were in the mid-double digits. There’s a greater theme here though. The only category The Lightning were able to best the Cats in was running, and that was by 1. The X-Cats won all the other categories, albeit by a low margin. And this gave them a much needed win.

South Fl Jets (6-3) d. The Borg (3-6)
57-34
Both quarterbacks had zeros (one due to being benched). The trend practically continued for The Borg, who had nothing shining whatsoever. While the Jets are unpredictable at best, they did manage a 17 from The Bus and a 16 from R.W. McQuarters (who?). Doing the math, even though South Florida didn’t have too much else, they easily scored the remaining 2 points to win.

Dunedain (3-6) d. Coco's Monkeys (5-4)
86-76
Another interesting game which had no Monday Night influence at all. Obviously, the Monkeys’ best thing was Peyton Manning’s 30. However, unlike previous weeks, there wasn’t much else backing him up other than a single receiver’s 13. Dunedain had the relief of Derrick Blaylock’s 18, plus Stokley’s 19, and an impressive 23 from Pittsburgh. It’s another tough loss for the Monkeys.

Toronto Fumblers (5-4) d. This Space for Rent (3-6)
71-62
Beyond four players in double digits, Toronto had nothing going for them (including a 0 in the QB slot). Of course, there was a combined 44 on the defense, Josh Brown kicked for 14, and Mason took the lower of the scores with 11, so those 0s put up were prettymuch moot. TSfR actually had a performing QB with 14, but Buffalo’s 13 looked pale against the opposition. That was the deal with the rest of the game. It seems that since the name change, nobody can stop the Phantom Fumblers.

Bonecrushers (5-4) d. Hurricanes (1-7-1)
61-60
This was a very exciting game which actually relied on Monday Night to decide. Simply put: Terrell Owens for the Bonecrushers’ 24, the Hurricanes’ McNabb with 30. The rest of the game was shifted to the Bonecrushers, including a kicking 12, and a Philadelphia 14. The best the ‘Canes could match up was Tennessee’s 17. The Bonecrushers pull out of their skid, and may have held on to playoff contention.

Cooney Quest (8-1) d. Nor Cal Crushers (4-5)
96-51
I’ll make it short: Cooney is great. Favre ended up scoring 30, and Vinatieri pulled out another top-notch score (for a kicker, anyway) of 18. Then there was the defense’s 36. Nor Cal’s only score that stood out was Jimmy Smith’s 11. While everyone performed (and most of them decently), it wasn’t nearly enough for the Crushers to stop Cooney’s ninth straight win.

Philly Cheesesteaks (6-3) d. The Shoats (6-2-1)
118-84
By far the game of the week, The Shoats learned that even with a Delhomme 24, a running game worth 27, and New England’s contribution of 21, they can still lose. The highest score of the season (a.k.a., Philly’s gameplan this week) is brought to you in part by the letter C, the letter D, the letter McA (yes, it’s a letter, look it up ), and the number 31. That 31 and C is for Culpepper. D is for Drummond and Dominick Davis (and I guess you could argue Deuce) who combined for 43. Speaking of Deuce, that McA is for McAllister and his 12. This is an extremely tough break for the Shoats, however, someone had to lose.

Valleygirls (5-4) d. Stud Man Clan (4-5)
41-24
Long story short, the Clan had five rather large donuts on their scorecard. To be fair, the Valleygirls had a terrible game as well, with only Emmit Smith’s 15 giving them any noticeable boost. Either way, the Valleygirls needed this win, and they got it.

Rank Team Name W-L-T WPct Pts Streak
1 Cooney Quest 9-1-0 .900 626 W-9
2 Ph!lly Cheesesteaks 7-3-0 .700 707 W-2
3 south fl jets 7-3-0 .700 539 W-3
4 The Shoats 6-3-1 .650 660 L-1
5 Rhode Island Charge 6-4-0 .600 638 W-3

16 This Space For Rent 3-7-0 .300 506 L-2
17 The BORG 3-7-0 .300 365 L-3
18 z Hurricanes 1-8-1 .150 535 L-7

z= Mathematically Eliminated

Playoff Picture: we have the first casualty of the playoff race. The Hurricanes are officially eliminated. On the other side of the race, the closest to clinching a playoff spot is Cooney. They can do it with either one win or a loss from both the Monkeys and the X-Cats. The rest of the race is too close, as any of the teams in it could easily gain or lose contention. But just for completeness, Philly, Jets, and Shoats will be in the playoffs if they win three out of four, and R.I., Toronto, Girls, and Bonecrushers will make the playoffs if they win out. Of course, with four games left and the race so close, most of this probably won’t hold. We'll have a better picture next week.

Koko's X-Cats (4-6)328 boodah25 (6-4) 260
Three good backs outdo two 186-136. There was some bizzare quarterback scoring. Both quarterbacks were terrible but Bledsoe played at a particular level of depravity but still somehow scored 27 points (they must get 10 points just by stepping on the field). Roethlisberger wasn't much better but scored 51 in spite of no touchdowns. Weird.

Dunedain (8-2) 285 Sparxs1126(5-5) 237
The Sparxs will be without Preist Holmes and the other two back not exactly household names.
90-10 advatage for Dunedain.
That means a even bigger relaince on Donovan McNabb on Monday Night Football. Dunedain is looking to end a two game skid and ironically could benefit due to the Sparx starting QB becasue they have Terrell Owens.
87-82 advantage for Dunedain's Marc Bulger. Terrell Ownes got 26 points.

Pelan's Bobcats(6-4)348 gaelforce126(4-6) 153
gaelforce126 has Matt Hasselback going up against the non-existant Rams defense but the Bobcat's have a rejuvinated Brian Griese on their side. The difference may be that the Bobcats have both Rudi Johnson, TJ Duckett and Shaun Alexander while gaelforce126 has Clinton Portis, an ineffective Shaun Bryson and a riding the pine Chris Perry.
Griese outscored Hasselback 93-50 but the real damage was done when the Bobcat's running backs outscored Clinton Portis 129-39. Game over.

ValleyGirls(5-5)260 ryforstek525 (2-8) 242
ryforstek525 has a huge advantage in the running game with Marshal Faulk and Warrick Dunn(Antowain Smith doesn't count) going up against Troy Hambrick and Ron Dayne. The Valleygirls get earn their living with Daunte Culpepper so ryforstek525 needs Kurt Warner to something else other than fumble the ball.
While ryforstek525 got the advantage in the running game 82-21. Daunte Culpepper outscored Kurt Warner 130-90. The final difference actually came from Jamie Sharper scoring 24 points and putting their defense over the top 72- 49.

Paragon571 (8-2)305 Sigmakittens (4-6) 158
Paragon571 94-36 defensive advantage, running back advantage 112-33 and his quarterback Peyton Manning outplaying kittes QB Tom Brady 89-82 added up to an easy win.

Cooney Quest(2-8)272NU Cowboys (0-10) 133
Game of the weak. The Quest have all hands on deck and should win.
Well that was easy.

Amaizin' Blue (6-4) 364 NorCal Crushers (6-4) 343
Amazin' Blue's backs outscored the Crushers backs 149-84 which provided the difference Amazin' Blue needed to win outright.

The Teal Curtain(10-0) 335 Epsilon Delta (4-6) 120
Epsilon Delta has no LaDanian Thomlinson so unless Micheal Vick has a career day thay are basically dead.
Vick scored 66 points but was outscored by his cousin Aaron Brooks who had 80. It all went (way) downhill from there.

League II Week XI Analysis

Koko's X-Cats (5-5) vs.The Borg (3-6)
The X-Cats have a huge advantage starting Aaron Brooks over the benched Brad Johnson so the Borg need huge games from Marshall Faulk and Brain Westbrook and hope Ahman Green gets hit with a case of fumblitis.

Rhode Island Charge (6-4) vs. Nor Cal Crushers (4-6)
The Charge are without Priest Holmes but Drew Brees get to throw all over the place on the demoralized Raiders D and Willis McGahee gets to run all over the helpless Rams D. Big points are possible. The Crushers hope Trnt Green can do much the same against a sly Patriots D and Fred Taylor regains his old pro-bowl form.

South Fl Jets (6-3) vs. JC's Juggernauts (3-7)
The Juggernauts go with rookie Eli Manning thus the Jets have to feel good about their chances with Matt Hasselback on their side.

Dunedain (4-6) vs The Lightning ( 4-6)
The weather plays into this matchup. If the weather is bad in Buffalo Marc Bulger could be limited in his effectivness and with close matchups across the board that could be a big difference.

Toronto Fumblers (6-4) vs.Coco's Monkeys (5-5)
The Monkey have the red-hot Peyton Manning on his side who can kill other fantasy teams by himself. Ben Roethlisberger is efficent but doesn't have as many attempts as Manning has completions so how to compensate? Besides Ben Roethlisberger's efficency a huge game from Jamal Lewis would help.

Hurricanes (1-8-1) vs. This Space for Rent(3-7)
The Canes have good players in Donovan McNabb and Shaun Alexander. Vinny Testeverde could be rendered invisble by the Ravens D and who knows how much Thomas Jones and Onterio Smith will contribute?

Philly Cheesesteaks (7-3) vs. Cooney Quest (9-1)
Game of the week! The Cheesesteaks have the incomprable Daunte Culpepper the Quest have the ledgendary Brett Farve. The running game is where the big difference lies. The Cheesesteaks have Domanick Davis and Duece McAllister while the Quest have Micheal Bennet and Dorsey Levens.

Stud Man Clan (4-6) vs. The Shoats (6-3-1)
The Clan have an empty space on the roster and a quarterback out. So basically they are dead in the water.

Valleygirls (6-4) vs.
Bonecrushers (6-4)
Not sure if Byron Leftwich of Amos Zeroue will play for the Bonecrushers and that is the main thing on the line on what will happen. If they paly how healthy they are and how much they can contribute will have to be asked. If they can't then it doesn't really matter what else the Bonecrushers have.

LEAGUGE 1 WEEK XI ANALYSIS

Koko's X-Cats (4-6)vs ValleyGirls(5-5)
Basically it's Daunte Culpepper vs. Chris Brown, Corey Dillon and Derrick Baylock (depending how healthy Priest Holmes is). What Ron Dayne and Troy Hambrick contribute will help the Valleygirls tremendously.

Sparxs1126(5-5) vs. NorCal Crushers (6-4)
The Sparx have Donovan McNabb ut have to adjust to life without Priest Holmes so have to go with Artose Pinner and Moe Willaims instead. The Crushers will have Ahman Green and Lee Suggs and if they produce it could be over in a heartbeat.

gaelforce126(4-6) vs. Dunedain (8-2)
Bulgers effectiveness could be effected by the weather in Buffalo not to mention Willis McGahees ball control. With McAllister, Owens and Pittman on teh roster Dunedain could run away with it unless Portis and Hasselback play out of their minds.

boodah25 (6-4) vs.Pelan's Bobcats(6-4)
Drew Bledsoe plays better at home (as in servicable to what-teh-hell-he's-doing-on the-field?) but Griese is on a roll and is playing a Niners team that is easily the worst team in the league. The rest of the matchups are close so the what Bledsoe can do will determine the victor.

Paragon571 (8-2)vs. ryforstek525 (2-8)
Paragon gets it easy having Peyton Manning getting free shots at ryforstek525 and the benched Kurt Warner. That Thomas Jones is back in the saddle is a bonus for Paragon571.

NU Cowboys (0-10) vs.Sigmakittens (4-6)
The good news for the Cowboys is there are no more byes to do the Cowboys in so their fortunes may begin to improve.

Epsilon Delta (4-6) vs.Amaizin' Blue (6-4)
LaDanian Thomlinson still has to outscore both Brian Westbrook and Reuben Droughns because Epsilon Delta refuses to maintain their roster.

The Teal Curtain(10-0) vs.Cooney Quest(2-8)
Obviously the Sunday night game bears huge on this game. But Drew Brees lighting up the Raiders and Jamal Lewis running all over the Cowboys could render the whole thing moot.
