Aztech glasses

Did any one here got to UTC and see the safety glasses that the Aztechs were wearing. They had their logo printed on them! I wanna know how they got those.

thats awesome...and i didnt notice that...who was the team that had the LED's in their safety glasses...they were cool...my team was going to do the same exact thing

We had LEDs in our driver's glasses.......different colors ----to show if robot was in high or low gear.

I'm on team 157 and I work at the company that made those glasses. They are actually engraved with our logo and are worth about 150 dollars. They donated 40 pairs to the team. We'll probably have a little booth down their with them so come check them out. www.i-beams.com

329 has HUD glasses also:

(taped up for their protection ) :

HUD (hi res)

They have 4 led's which show AMP status, L/R gripper status, Side gripper status. They provide information to the driver without taking his attention away from the game.
They were one of the things that won the Creativity award in the SBPLI regional.

Exclamation 135 has LED's too!

we have 5 total LED's mounted on my driver glasses to indicate many different things on the robot. the glasses are part of a very advanced control system. It's cool so many teams have them.
