The Ring kept me from going even remotely near a television for a whole month; I kept thinking she's come out and get me. A friend lent me his tape, whose quality wasn't so great. I had to sit extremely close to the screen to both see and hear clearly. The death of first girl (Katie, was it?) took me by surprise, so I actually stopped the tape and ran screaming away. About 10 minutes later, curiosity forced me back. The worst part was the person who lent it to me. He planned on prank calling me right after, but he didn't get the time. ^.^;
A lot of people tell me Ringu is a lot better, but I haven't watched it. I have access to it, but am too cowardly to watch alone. (Yes, scaredy me.)
I recently viewed Texas Chainsaw Massacre (new), and it wasn't too scary in my opinion. It was gory, however. Somehow I was reminded of Gothika....
I urge them to build the kitbot and repeateadly smash it into a concrete wall in order to sate their anger. It will soon wane when they manage to do more damage to the wall than to the kitbot. That is honestly the reason that we ended up using the kitframe this year. - Andrew Blair [more]
