Sparky 384 December Announcement

In mid-December Sparky 384 will be launching a big new program to the FIRST community and we want you Chiefdelphi readers and members to be the first to check it out. Stay tuned for more info as we get towards launch. We have dropped clues, you can find them on our website, chiefdelphi, and other FIRST places. Until the release, I'll give you a hint......
