My first pick would be:

Inspiration

It is a ruling philosophy in our team- "its never too late to be inspired"
It also encompasses our belief that no student will be ignored if they have a passion for learning and some dedication
Plus, it reminds me of our late-night design sessions- somehow I've theorized that depending on what I have for dinner, my inspirations will be of different "types" (I'm just crazy... )

But since that has already been used, time for my runner up word:

Opportunity

... for fun, learning, passion, excitement, challenges, trustbuilding, designing, teamwork and everything else I just can't seem to think of right now.

Encompassing... I'm quickly realizing (as a senior in high school) that FIRST is life. I use FIRST everywhere. I use it in public speaking. I use it with friends. I use it in philosophy. FIRST encompasses everything.

However, if I had to put it in one word without being all to serious, it'd have to be one giant w00t!!
