how long can one tape go? isn't it like, 8 hours? cause if that's the case, i would just let it go as long as it could, and get all the stuff from a day.

(Better than SP would preclude standard VCR's and move you into camcorders) There are 8hour tapes, but they are 8 hours on EP mode, and are 2.5 on SP mode. If you are only planning on showing this tape a few times, EP is good. IF you want to use it to edit more stuff togetehr, you run into generations of tapes, and you have to use SP mode for the quality. |

thanks, now i just have to figure out how much tape i need, and where i can find a VCR.
