I'm very sorry that's happening to you. My mom was gone in Mexico for part of Hanukkah, and my brother was in Bloomington, and my dad was gone all the time, so while it's not totally the same thing, I lit candles alone a lot. I hope you have a happy Christmas nonetheless. Maybe you'll find more college kids stuck in that situation and y'all can bond and stuff.
