Re: Do you like the new logo?
The new logo doesn't seem to have much appeal to me... When I glance at it, it looks like a mess of colors.....
There is, however, is the fact that the veterans associate the old logo with the memories that they had over the years of being part of FIRST. Whenever they see the "old" logo, they remember the accomplishments they have done, the rewards recieved, the alliances they made, the recognition they recieved, etc...
The "new" logo seems to dismiss the past, and make us feel as though we are stepping into a new territory, when otherwise, it is the same organization behind the new look. It will definitely take some time to get used to the new logo, maybe a season or two will do it, then it will be the good ol' lovable logo that it was always intended to be.
But for now, I'm sticking with old school until I feel the new logo has its impact on me.
