I have heard lots of rumors as to what it is, I will ask around some more. But another side effect of the construction is that the back area where the tent was is used for storage right now. This means there will be no tent there, I have heard that they are putting all of the pits inside this year from various sources going back to the end of last years reagional. This is why there are less teams this year. Luckily, you can still get to that back area to unload pit equipment and whatnot.

you are correct about everyone being inside, but by 2007 that construction will be complete and there will be a new much larger arena according to my knowledge. i guess come 2007 we will know if i'm right

We are in! I was starting to get worried there. This is such a relief, don't have to fill out all of the out of state paperwork. I can't wait to see everyone there, I hope no one will be able to tell that we are a rookie team

I see that Team 1062 in Celebration is also in. I worked with them in 2003. Good luck Teams. It's only 22 days 'til kickoff.

I was just looking at the calendar, and the regional isnt during UCF's Spring break this year. This means the campus may be packed with poeple. I hope they figure out what they are doing with parking because there isnt enough parking by the arena and parking services is pretty @#$%!@ always.

Okay now lets be truthful...we love the UCF competition but we equally love getting out of the cold New England weather and enjoying the warmth and sunshine of Florida. Plus, that bus ride gives our students lots of time to bond...hehe

Thanks! I really appreciate you're kind words. It makes me feel good to be noticed. Concidering it felt like we were off the radar for the first two years of our existance. (Well our first year was okay, but then we decided not go back to VCU, and to go to UCF instead).

I can't wait for the Florida reigional! We made so many friends last year that I can't wait to see again! As well as teams that were just awesome. I especially can't wait to see 233, 21, 180, 342, and 1144, as well as a slew of other great teams, and new teams!
