No, I don't think so...I've been to many websites that ran slowly just because of traffic, or that they were shutting down.

They might be improving some parts (not necessarily updating in a view of a new website completely or something). I don't know if that last part makes sense...my apologizes if it doesn't.

I hope that the website will be getting a new look, as we haven't had one since 2001, or so. I won't be surprised at all if we see a new website to also reflect their new branding strategy with the new logo. We shall soon see.
