Go to Post We found our bandsaw on Craigslist for $40. We keep looking for laser cutters and waterjets in that price range, but so far no luck. - chapman1 [more]

This will pretty much include all updates on coding, music, etc. All the works. It will also include things we need from anyone who can give them to us. For example, right now we need some sounds from the actual game (like the buzzer, ball dropping sound, etc.).

So, is anyone interested in actually getting updates through email about the FIRST Video Game? If so, please put your name and email in a reply to this thread. I'd be happy to put you on the list.

Thank you!
i have a newsletter set up which i mail from the account furcmail@gmail.com. it will not be sent during build, but is regularly scheduled for every two weeks on fridays. there is also an announcements list. people who want the most info should sign up for both lists. people who just want the big stuff should sign up for announcements, and people who dont need the news right away should just sign up for the newsletter. i will sign up everybody here for both lists, if you wish to change your subscriptions email furcmail@gmail.com stating the change you wish to make.

we are working on setting up a better newsletter system through www.sourceforge.net/projects/furc. this would include a newsletter system for the crew and another for the public. any subscriber could mail a special address and it would be sent to all other subscribers. right now we only have crew set up, and we are still working on setting stuff up. when it is all set up for public use i will announce it, though this may not be until well after build season.
