Question C Programming Dictionary

I am new mentor working with the programmers of team 824 in Seattle. The students in my group are new to programming and would like to see a list of the commands native to C and within FRC_library.lib, with syntax and function. Every time I mention a command they say, "Wait! What is that! How does it work?! What does it do?!" Does such a list exist? Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks

See "Introduction to C Programming for FIRST Robotics"
in the white papers section. The most recent version is
available in the technical section of www.srvhsrobotics.org
There is no explicit listing of the FRC_library functions,
and this would be very useful. I'll put that on my list
for the next version.
