What are the differences in the mindsets, approaches, and overall views of FIRST in both its competetive and educational aspects throughout the different regions of involvement?
This isn't meant to be a "so-and-so is more competetive while so-and-so embodies education and inspiration" thread, and I can only hope that it doesn't turn into such. I'm just genuinely interested in the opinions of different people throughout FIRST.
