Here we go again ...
Here is the deal with the 2005 FP motors: 1. In December, I received the transmission from FIRST that FP was donating this year. 2. I contacted Mabuchi and the engineer at Mabuchi sent me the motor spec sheet. I gave the spec sheet to FIRST and they were supposed to have it available on their website, but I have not found it yet. 3. There is one unknown: the extra Mabuchi motor may, or may not, be the same as the motors in the FP transmissions. I am investigating this today. 4. If I can't find the specs on the FIRST website, then I will upload the spec sheet to this thread tomorrow and will have an answer about the extra motor, too. -Paul |
