that's the structural material only... if you don't weld it, you're gonna have to add a LOT of weight for the connectors and bolts.

Item is defenitly the best stuff to go with. there 20 x 20 mil is really light, it's strong.

1" X 1" is .495 lb/ft (part #1010)

1.5" x 1.5" is 1.015 1b/ft (part #1515)

It's listed on pg 36-37 of the catalogue. And yes I use this stuff so much I didn't have to look up the page number.

Cheap material..........dude if you want polycarb half price order it here they deliver http://www.harborsales.net/index.cfm? send a fax with your school state tax # to avoid that cost .For FREE aluminum get in yer car and cruise the indistrial parks and look for a compant that does aerospace fabrication .Or check the yellow pages for METAL FABRICATION they will have sheet stock and xtrusion.Then look for MACHINE shops they do milling and lathe work and mace block stock.When yopu get to know these peeps they will ley U dig in the scrap pile and do shop work for you .
