New Chairmans Award Entrants

Hey people. I'm from team 1241 and this is the first time our team is trying for the Chairman's Award. For this we need as much help as we can get. We would be very grateful if some of the regional Chairman's Award winners could provide us with a copy of their 2004 Chairman's Award documentation.
