You can always copy the image, open a new file (Photoshop automagically sizes the canvas to the size of the copied image), and paste it in.

OR if all the above doesn't work use print screen!!
all you have to do is have the internet exploer open with the picture, press print screen then go to photo shop and press ctrl+v... |
