Wood or any aircraft (fine thread) bolt will get you kicked off the team.
One of our shops we use is an aircraft shop and this really used to be a problem, and it was really a pain to get all the wrong sized nuts off these bolts that incompetent people used, so you just kick 2 kids off the team when they screw up stuff and it fixes the problem. (the kids needed to go anyway, so we just found this a reason, these were the same kids that decided it would be cute to play with the fire extinguishers and make a huge mess, so its not like were really mean or anything)
