From a previous post, I am wondering ...
Does the file download 100% .. and then Office crashes opening it? Or does IE or your browser crash when downloading? |

Have you tried Shift-clicking, or click-and-hold, or whatever it is on a mac to get the menu to pop up, and tell it to save the target, rather than just clicking on the link?

Has anyone else filled the form in? As a native Hoosier, I've done my share of NCAA pools, but I never really cared about them, so they were easy. This form, on the other hand, is a monster! There was only one easy thing about it (118's performance, natch), but the rest will take some research. I'm going to go get some Dew, this could take a while.

Here's a spreadsheet with the winners and calculations to compute the score.
Simply cut and paste your selections into the first columns of this sheet to see how you did. Obviously this is kind of quick and dirty. I think it's right, but let me know if I made mistakes. |

Joe sent me my results yesterday. I assume he's pretty busy, so I'll pass on the list as he sent it...
Below are the top 10 finishers: #1 Joel Johnson -- 162 #2 Mark Pierce - 146 #3 Karthik Kanagasabapathy - 136 JVN - 136 Doug Peterson - 136 #6 Joe Johnson - 134 #7 Kevin Weiss - 132 #8 Steve Shade - 120 Colleen Shaver - 120 #10 Artur Ostrowski - 115 Congratulations to Joel and all of the participants. It's kind of suprising that there wasn't a larger spread of scores among the top ten. I really enjoyed reading the "entry fees" and trying to predict the winners. |
