Home Depot Service or not?

Well, here we are ready to get started. I go to Home Depot give the list and add on the tools needed. I request an invoice. I was promised one would be faxed to my house Monday afternoon. Well it is Tues and still not invoice.
All I have to do is show the invoice and a check will be written. Is this good customer service or gacious professionalism? Has anyone else had this experience?

This is not the place to complain about Home Depot. If you want to complain, call their customer service or visit to store to get your invoice.
