Since we're well into the season and it's a good chance that we are pretty much "locked in" to who is joining and who is going where (IhopeIhopeIhope) we might as well get the leagues started.
And what better one to begin than the inaugural Finger Lakes Regional (my home regional). 12 member maximum (11 spots left now. I'm the commish!)
