Team 885

Hey y'all...

Since our website really sucks and there don't seem to be many pictures from us online anywhere at all, I'll just post some information here...

We're the only Vermont Team, and we had an awesome time at both regionals that we attended (J&J in New Jersey and the Canadian regional).
Our team registred too late to go to the nationals and I'm still a little depressed that I can't drive our robot (TOBE) down there, but I'm also really happy to come down together with one girl from my team just to have fun. You'll see us easily (there WON'T be anybody else with green shirts and cow pants and bandanas or green hair. This combination is just unique!!) *hehe*
We're able to go down mainly because of team 343's (Metal in Motion) hospitality since we're staying in their hotel rooms with them (THANK YOU AGAIN, GUYS!)

Have a look at our team picture everybody!

TEAM 885 part 2

Okay, here we go again (I'll have to post a few more threads since I can only attach one picture per thread I guess.)

If you were at the New Jersey Regional you'll probably remember us for our crazy actions: Our engineer Mike M. pulled himself on a wagon through the pit area by tethering the robot up, attaching the robot to the wagon, sitting down on the wagon and driving the robot. I know that sounds complicated, but just view the picture...

Team 885 part 3

If you attended te Canadian Regional and you were at the Team party then you probably saw us playing "How much fun can one have with a ball".
It was fun, seriously (although the ball landed in the food twice).

View this picture to be reminded...

Phil,

My team had the pleasure of being selected as one of your allies. Stop by our pit in nationals, you are always welcome to cheer at our matches with us.
